How it All Began
My passion for woodworking began 14+ years ago while working for a major cabinet making company building custom cabinetry, tables, built-ins and more. While working there I (Chris) began to acquire my own equipment to build furniture for myself and my family. This led me to build a small 10’ by 20’ shop in the backyard of our townhome in Baltimore, MD. The first big project I made for my family was a live edge dining room table. While building this table my wife became very interested in the process. This piqued her interest in custom home décor and together we started building custom signs for homes and businesses. We showed some of our friends and family the signs we were making and we were asked by a close friend to build him something custom. When he received his sign, he posted it on his social media and the orders started coming in. After a few years of working a full time job and the woodshop I decided it was time to take the next step. I moved my family onto a beautiful piece of a land in the mountains of Berkeley Springs, WV and built a much bigger shop. Now my wife and I work side by side each day doing what we love, giving our clients a beautiful one of a kind piece of woodwork for their home or business that will last a lifetime!

We are fortunate enough to live in an area surrounded by the Appalachian mountains. This gives us access to some of the best hardwoods that are available. All of the lumber we use is locally, responsibly and sustainably sourced. We take a more personal approach in making custom woodworking projects to order, specifically for you.
